Welcome to JäPy Tuusulanjärvi Triathlon competition!

 

The third Tuusulanjärvi Triathlon competition will be held in Järvenpää, Finland on 31st of May 2020. Järvenpään Pyöräilijät Cycling and Triathlon Club warmly welcomes also international triathletes to join our race! Below you will find a short briefing about up-coming event. The competition center (Vanhankylän Kartano) is located by the Tuusulanjärvi Lake about 3 kilometers outside the City of Järvenpää. The start line, finish line and transition area are all centrally located within Vanhankylänniemi Park, making race day easy for athletes and spectators alike. The race kicks off with a swim in Tuusulanjärvi Lake, followed by a relatively flat bike ride through the quiet countryside roads. In the final leg of the race, athletes run back and forth along the lakeside pedestrian street and finish the race in the middle of Vanhankylänniemi Park.

Registration opens December 1, 8.00 am! We strongly encourage you to register immediately after opening as the entries are limited to 350 competitors. Registration and the payment will be made on-line. You may change the division after the registration and even transfer your number. There will be an extra cost of 10 euros for these changes.

Sprint distance

750 m – 20 km – 5 km (one loop of swimming, one loop of biking and one loop of running)

M (men) , N (women), M40, M50, M60, N40, N50 and N60, Motion M (men), Motion N (women), M19 and N19

Registration fees:

1.12.2019 – 31.1.2020: 54 euros

1.2.-31.3.2020: 59 euros

1.4. – 28.5.2020: 64 euros

 

Olympic distance

1 500m – 40 km – 10 km (two loops of swimming, two loops of biking and two loops of running)

M (men), N (women), M40, M50, N40 and N50

Registration fees:

1.12.2019  – 31.1.2020: 64 euros

1.2.-31.3.2020: 69 euros

1.4. – 28.5.2020: 74 euro​s
